I-DEST helps to make transparent the compliance of individual exhibition venues and partners on the cultural route with various horizontal aspects, thereby supporting people with disabilities in exploring the cultural route. Thanks to the audit system built into the software, strengths and weaknesses become visible immediately after an easy-to-fill questionnaire, on the basis of which development plans can be more easily determined.

 

The questionnaire serves as a check-list, which contains all the questions on the basis of which it is possible to meet the horizontal expectations at the international level as well.

With the help of the internal message board, the attractions and tourism providers connected to the cultural route can inform each other in real time and transparently about the information related to the cultural route - e.g. closed sessions, programs, etc. The internal message board also provides assistance in maintaining contact between route managers and related partners.

Monitoring

I-DEST provides users with a total of 77 types of built-in monitoring data - of course, in addition to web and app traffic data.

 

Of these, 46 monitoring data primarily support the management's work, ensuring that a complete information base is available regarding family-friendly, bike-friendly, assessible and sustainability services in relation to the cultural route as a whole, providing assistance for the planning of tenders and other development projects.

In addition, 18 types of monitoring indicators help related businesses and attractions to objectively assess their own market situation.

The monitoring work is complemented by a guest satisfaction system, which requests feedback from guests on the quality of the services used in 5 areas.

I-DEST includes all the features of a classic museum or destination virtual tour guide program. The audioguide is suitable for both indoor and outdoor tours, images and video material, as well as 360-degree images and AR content can be connected to each station.

 

We make entertainment more enjoyable with virtual stamp collection, challenge-type and point-collecting games.

The program handles content and games for children separately, so the whole family can enjoy the programs at the same time.
